Next go to this page to upload your PICS and convert it for importing it into OCTT.

To generate a Vendor Declaration of Conformance:

• import the PICS in your OCTT configuration
• enable PICS mode and save your configuration
• run all testcases using the "Execute All" function
• Download a "Certification Log Package" .zip file from the Reports section
• and upload the "Log Package" from OCTT here

Please note that it is only possible to generate a Vendor Declaration of Conformance in case the PICS does not require any testcases on the Watchlist
